LEADERSHIP ADVISORY

In our leadership advisory services, we follow a successful three-level approach.

At the first level, the client defines the challenges they wish to address in the Leadership Advisory. At level two, we discuss the coachee’s personality profile, as these directly influence decision-making.
At level three, we examine the available information, knowledge, and experience (both personal and from others) that informs and influences the decision-making process and quality.
