LEADERSHIP ADVISORY
In our leadership advisory services, we follow a successful three-level approach. At the first level, the coachee defines the challenges they wish to address in the coaching or advisory sessions. These often revolve around decision-making questions related to managing people or investments. At level two, we analyse and discuss the coachee’s personality profile, as these directly influence decision-making.
At level three, we examine the available information, knowledge, and level of experience that informs the decision-making process.
Ideally, we strive to achieve decisions as close as possible to the “perfect decision.”
